Description
NOTE: I am not the maker of the houses, I only edit them in the editor and make a garden around them.

I decided to re-do the 'American Suburban Customised' series because alot of people were experiencing issues with the manicured grass and other props.

I have also added a 'required assets' list, because this is way easier than downloading them one by one :D

*The file from the original 'American Suburban Customised 9' went missing, I tried to re-do it but I couldn't find the model that I worked with before. That is why I replaced 9 v2 with 10, 10 v2 with 11. Everything from the original series moves back 1 spot because 1 is missing*
