Cheaperer Guided Missiles

For those who feel building Guided Missiles with the Cheaper Guided Missiles mod is still a misguided military strategy, this mod is for you. It reduces the cost of a Guided Missile so that you spend 75 production rather than 150. This will mean you can produce more missiles in either more time or with less financial consequence.
