Description

This mod allowes you to have extra skill points for your generals in the following order:

Rank 2 = 1 Skill Point
Rank 3 = 2 Skill Points
Rank 4 = 3 Skill Points
Rank 5 = 4 Skill Points
Rank 6 = 5 Skill Points
Rank 7 = 5 Skill Points
Rank 8 = 5 Skill Points
Rank 9 = 5 Skill Points
Rank 10 = 10 Skill Points

Gaining ranks is now much slower and harder you need to fight alot.
