They are new products to add to the game. You can also set up and play the game or develop the game.

So I did notice the resindetial versions, but I didn't understand are these new designs or repainted from original game assets?

No need to be functional. I've done models before. I made a residential version of the model.

1) Are these new designs or improved Vanilla assets?
2) Are you intending to make them functional residential assets?
