could you make a louis replacement mod with DWMOLC2, a bill replacement with DNMOLC1, and a francis replacement with DWMYLC1 all as individual seperate mods?

I remember when I first discovered the dealer NPC's dropped 2k and a pistol. I drove around for like hours killing them then bought like 2 or 3 houses. That's all I did in the game that day. lol
