The I-19 from Kantai Collection, ported from Miku Miku Dance
Note: She is very short.

I wouldn't mind seeing the cast from Arpeggio of Blue Steel (several of them are warship-controlling A.I.s that have a human form made of nanomaterials (A.K.A. smart-mater/programable mater/smart fog A.K.A. NANOMACHINES SON!) which is also what makes up at least a good part of the ships that they control.)
