解説
All laws are available, no matter which party, or level your goverment is.
(Including population collection reward laws)

Recommended to be used together with "Governator" mod.

Extended contains all the normal laws the regular Total Law mod contains and extra laws from quests and anomalies and such.

@dwharper: doesn't matter. The mod you add later to the list when activating will be applied.

@Refuel: Theoretically it works for the AI too, but I have no way of knowing if they actually use it.
It depends on how the AI is programmed to select laws.

Does this allow enemy AI to choose laws outside their party as well or just the player?

Thanks, love the mod. I dont know what happen from endless space 1 to 2, but the modding for this game is lacking. Dont know why, but it is. It took forever just to find basic mods like this. Good work, good job.
