DynamicRP Magic Wand

Description
Based on the original Magic Wand: Rewrite - https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=875498456&searchtext=wand

Changes:
- Removed most overpowered or completely useless spells
- Fixed a few spells that weren't working, such as Ligimmio
- Some minor tweaks to existing spells, such as the light radius on Lumos
- Added some custom spells with voice recordings
- Accuracy bar now acts as a mana bar
- Rebalanced mana costs for all spells
- Mana refuels at a slower rate

For use on DynamicRP. All credits go to the original creators.

Also im happy that I found the english version of the skyrim magic mod, which is a rip off of this. This is highest quality mgic in workshop

It's been awhile since I have played GMOD and, as a result, I haven't updated this addon in over a year. GMOD has had several updates since I quit so it could potentially be a bug that was introduced in my absence.

Tried gaining mutatio by picking up spells/books I already know but I just get a message saying I already know it and don't gain mutatio
Any idea what I've missed?

anyone know how to reset the spell tree to normal, because i accidentally rearanged the spells and i want them to be where they were but i cant remember where they were. someone help?
