Imperial Courts is a public housing project located in Watts, Los Angeles, California. It comprises 500 apartment units and was completed in 1944.


Texture 1024x512
Lot Size 2x4/2x4/2x8
Consists of 3 models. Level 1 Low Density Residential with RICO mod with 32/16/8 homes.
Although modeled as housing projects, the model is very versatile and can be used for any number residences. Use the Painter Mod for for a more tropical beachfront house look.

My grandma lived in the Nickerson Gardens and I lived in the Pueblo del rio Housing project This is pretty awesome

@KingLeno Oh fair enough. Is there a way to pare it down or copy it to just a core functional section (e.g. the Strip)? If not, no worries. It just seems really cool.

@hellfiremonroe nah, it's terrible outside the parts shown on video, has 3,000 assets, half of those are local assets and half of the local files haven't been released/aren't in releasable condition

@KingLeno Hey man, big fan of your assets. Can you share the game save from Paradise Valley in the video? I live in Vegas, and it'd be awesome to get to play in my city on here. I don't think I'm good enough to recreate it myself :/
