Anarchist Bill (True RNG)

Description
Turns Bill into an anarchist from CS:GO. This mod includes Ellie's true RNG so you get a different skin every map!

Includes:
Bill animations (obviously)
Bile textures
First person arms
True RNG (red, american, skull and blue)
Custom HUD and Lobby icons

Hey Banana, are you going to create versions of this for the new survivors? I know Splinks did those but there don't use RNG.

Man I love these skins. Do you think you could do one of these and replace the head model with zoey's so she has one to match the other 3 ?
