Dude, did really just try droping the word "realistic" when you've already said the slots are basically your character pockets? If so;
How does a 2x4 board fit in there? Or stone blocks the size of the charcters body?
How can you hold 40 sticks or rocks in a pocket? Or 20 logs?
Sorry but those claims just breaks any suspension of disbelief to be 'realistic'.
Defeat the purpose? What I was suggesting is the equivalent of starting with little room and expanding to more without forcing the use of the backpack, I fail to see how you came to that conclusion base on what was said.
The only thing I was pointing out is how the mod could be expanded, if you don't want to or can't then don't. Trying to justify it as a 'challenge' when it's the equivalent to cutting off your fingers just ain't the way to do it.
Honestly, this has just gotten ridiculous.
