Small Asteroid mining CV

Updated for Alpha 9:
Rebuilt the rear end as a multiblock harvest box with 65,720L Storage space. This should be more than enough for multiple large asteroids. Changed the interior boxes to the new logistics-enabled types, and added a wireless connection thing for easier unloading. Also darkend the yellow a bit to a more gold color, and tweaked some textures.
Note: pics above in space are of the pre-alpha 9 version, the rest are up-to-date.

Design & use is based on the DrillHoleMakerThing, except for space.

No weapons, practically no armor. Intended soley for asteroid mining. Designed to be spawned in or taken apart quickly, since CV's can't currently dock to anything. (you could keep all the parts for it in a scout SV, or your main CV, toss them in the factory for instant production when you find an asteroid to mine, then take it apart again when done)

It does have an ammobox if you wanted to add a turret on the top, or a couple pulse lasers on the sides. (8,000L ammobox)

There is a high-heat zone walking in from the rear next to the generator - althought you shouldn't need to spend much time there (wasn't really any place to put the generator without it's heat touching the center).


No landing gears - they're practically just decorational for CV's.

Decent thrust, and overly-sensitive RCS control (using the minimum rcs amount - one)
