This is for Populous a fantastic modder and anyone else that wants to have fun with this map. Was originally 7 lakes but I carved into all the lakes and make a complete figure 8 circles of water for beautiful ferry rides all around the city. Have 300 k pop Has not reached the 65 agent limits yet but is close at 60k. Its a HUGE 81 tile Map that I also modded more outside connections ie more rail and highways in every direction now. Its like a huge metroipolis of trains boats ferries blimps cabel cars monorail and trams and yes you will have to have either more network or just at least the big and medium roads combining trams and monorail. I have all the dlcs too.
