The rest of the mods needed to spawn this are in PTO Battleboat Assembly. If you have all of Assembly's mods and still cant spawn this, let me know in the comments!

The Volco Revolver is a large and cumbersome revolver-style gun that specializes in punching holes through armor. While its offensive power may seem lacking at a cursory glance, it is one of the only PTO guns with a switch-trigger, enabling it to fire constantly. Due to the weapon's size, it can also function as an indestructible shield against enemy attacks.
