Custom Mk 17 Scar H for M14 EBR

Description
Reuploaded Mk 17 Scar Heavy by unknown author for M14 EBR. For also unknown reason it was removed from workshop. I found however files on my PC and thought to reupload it.
Anyway mods include:
- custom bipod
- flash light and laser attachment
- suppressor/flashider
- scope
- sounds
All credits goes to original author.

Its fine. Same for me too. I figured out what the issue was.

I had a conflicting sound mod installed for the EBR...

i think it was made by spirit and veiss, who removed their workshop submissions

might be wrong
