[HullTec] Relais Double Turret

A simple but useful stationary ring with a turret on top and one on the bottom. Good for defending stations from enemies and asteroid. You can also use them as visible waypoints.

loadout:
- 2x vanilla gatling turret
- beacon
- small cargo container
- connector (so you can bring more ammo with a cargo ship or whatever)
- 2x solar panel
- battery

turret's default settings:
- ignore friends & neutrals
- ignore stations
- 600m range
