Description
Rivers, trade routes, and airports generate city connections.

Rivers require river harbor in both cities and an unblocked river
Trade routes require a caravansary in both cities
Airport connections two airports.

The river harbor is the new building, that connects the cities and gives your city +1 food.

Require DLL - Various Mod Components.

Might want to just test it yourself, the author hasn't been on steam for ~44 days as of now. They might be busy w/ life stuff right now or something.
