Description
It is a common misconception that Omicron is a naturally barren planet. In fact, it was the Industrial Deforestation Machine that cut down the once mighty forests and allowed the sands to creep in and the oxygen to deplete. Also known as Fern Gully's Bane, this deforester is capable of removing an entire forest in a matter of minutes and has enough onboard capacity to turn said forest into useful biofuel allowing perpetual forest removal.

Cutting down a forest can be fun and useful, especially if promethium is scarce, but many pilots prefer to use the Industrial Deforester to hunt down entire herds of alien animals for its many spinning blades quickly reduce any form of life into useful corpses. Despite the intimidating profile of this machine, it is not heavily armored allowing for more agile movement - but do not fret, it is covered in minigun turrets to keep the inevitable protestors at bay.

You can find the entire range of industrial equipment here:

Features

• 20, yes 20 harvester modules (apparently there is no block limit for them XD)
• Six minigun turrets
• Three cockpit interfaces
-- One between the blades for tree or critter hunting
-- One on the top of the vehicle (also accessible from inside)
-- One facing the rear for combat operations (most of the miniguns aim better behind the deforester)
• Full amenities:
-- A medical station incase you try to repair the grinders while they are in operation
-- A cloning chamber incase the medical station is insufficient
-- Four constructors
-- An armor locker
-- An oxygen station
-- Plenty of cold and dry storage
-- A passenger seat
• A motion detecting rear hatch
• A pair of detectors for enhanced exploration
• Constructible with only basic ignots making it assessible early on

Requirements:

Level: 7
• Iron: 778
• Copper: 644
• Silicon: 497

Notes:
• If you turn the motion sensor off, you can drive in reverse with the hatch open to get a view in 1st person.
• You get experience from killing things with the forward grinders, but not the turrets, so turn them off (or make them not target critters) if you are trying to level up with this.
• I intentionally made this with just steel (though I also made it in a game before I had access to sathium) partly to make it lighter (it is still 42 tons), but mostly to make it easier to build.
• If you use this for PvP, I'd probably upgrade the front windows with your multitool and if you take too much front damage, just get up and jump into the enclosed cockpit above. It won't last long vs heavy weapons, but man it would be fun to chase footsoldiers down with this.
• mobile constructors draw a lot of energy so you don't gain much by using this to produce biofuel - but it is still viable in a pinch.

They must have added it in a recent patch. Oh well, thank you for letting me know, it was certainly fun to use in my survival games.

There is a block limit on harvesters on Survival mode, just not in creative.
