@NuclearConsensus Never mind I figured it out. A few other mods I had made it so that capitals could be razed and caused barbarians to swarm. Apparently the Byzantine AI didn't bother building any military units and got overrun.

I seem to have run into a problem. I don't know if it's because of your mod, but this is the only one that directly affects Byzantium. It seems as though every time I play a different civ, with Byzantium as an AI, they disappear. I'll meet them, then a few turns later they're gone. When I get around to exploring the area I find city ruins and no evidence of anything else, almost like the AI never bothered to improve any tiles then razed their own city. This never happens with any other civs either. It's weird.

@dcain3456 Thanks! That was actually my intention with this mod.

I like the basilica UB, gives the Byzantines additional faith which they really need to use their UA.

Oh...COOL, I REALLY like the sound of that! Although my mods will be a bit different!

@The Grimwar If you have ideas about making Civ mods, you should consider joining the Civ V Modding Helpline [discordapp.com]. They're the ones who helped me put this mod together.

Hmm, okay, maybe you can redesign Carthage too? I have some awesome ideas I'd love to share with you if you do!

@The Grimwar Even if I could code that, it would be redundant with Vox Populi's changes to Theodora, and goes contrary to my overall redesign of the Civ.
