Upgraded Ion Thrusters v2

Description
The upgraded Ion Thrusters v2 are more expensive to build and require more power to run.

These thrusters have double the force from the original thrusters and can work in atmosphere as well.

I updated this mod in a new release so not to mess with the old one and to work with the new updates from SE.

Large Block
- Small Thrust 576.00 kN / 6.72 MW
- Large Thrust 7.20 MN / 67.20 MW

Small Block
- Small Thrust 164.00 kN / 402.00 kW
- Large Thrust 288.00 kN / 4.80 MW

10%± more components required to build.

@Jornexe What you should be pretty sure is that it was a copy/past mistake on the description above, IT IS 576 KN!!! If you had bother to check the mod you would see. Check your assurances next time. But thanks for spotting the error on the description :-)

im pretty sure you failed on the "kN" on "large block small thrust" as im pretty sure that is 576MN which is a lot more powerfull then the large ones xq
