Description
This is a mod that allows you to customise many different values in the game, such as trait points/picks, leader traits, core systems ETC.

Updated for 3.10.*

#####WARNING! This mod requires some setup! follow the instructions below to ensure that the mod works as intended!#####

#####WARNING NR. 2! Some changes has been made to the setup for the mod from the 3.9.* patch going forward. If you are a returning user, please look over the instructions once again to make sure everything is done correctly. this has been done to make the whole process overall easier and more convenient.#####



###Values that can be changed###

-Government civic points.

-Government ethics points.

-Max trait points.

-Max trait picks.

-Administrative Cap.

-Number of technology alternatives.

-Leader recruitment pool size.

-Leader recruitment replacement time.

-Leader recruitment cost.

-Leader starting traits amount.

-Ruler starting traits amount.

-Change the max naval size on game-start.

-Change the cost of gestalt consciousness.

-Policy Duration

-Administration cap

-Truce timer

-Diplomatic Influence

-Number of Envoys

-Resolution and Recess timer for Senate

-Number of max Ascension Perks

-Min/Max building slots

-Min/max Branch/holding slots

-And some more I probably forgot.

If you have any suggestions for other values you would like to change, please comment below, and I'll look into implementing it.



###How to Install###

1: Subscribe to this mod.

2: In the game launcher, go to "All installed mods", find the mod "!YOUR SETTINGS!", and click the three dots (...) that appears to the right of the mod.

3: Click the "Show in folder" option. A windows explorer window should now appear.

4: In this window, you will find 3 files when downloaded for the first time. Open the .txt file named "INSTRUCTIONS". Future instructions for installing and configuring the mod to your liking can be found there.


Note that this entire process should only take a few minutes, and once you have installed it, you will be able to change any supported value at your whims at any time really easily.

This mod is meant to replace my 50+ "Simple Mods" line, as they are starting to get too hard to maintain, as well as some of them being impossible to update. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, but I hope that you will come to like this replacement, even though it might be a bit more work on your end. Please comment any questions and/or problems below, and I'll be sure to respond ASAP.

I'm working of memory, but I'm almost certain that it is how many you can build at once, yes. I thought I had modifiers for both implemented, but I'll have a look again tonight when I'm back home.

looking at the defines file from todays update. Noticed a line called Megastructure_build_cap_base, is this the cap of how many megastructures you can build at once? or is it the max # of each type of megastructure you can build?

-Leaders will be broken in patch 3.10 if you do not update the mod. (You only need to replace "common\leader_classes\00_base_classes", with the new one, if you don't wish to redo everything)

-You can change the starting number of leaders in the "common\leader_classes\00_base_classes" file. (@base_leader_cap)

-Some more options related to leaders have been added to the "common/defines/zz_Edit-me" file. (Only new features, so not required for the old version of the mod to function)

If it has been working after the 24th of October, then it must be a local problem. Most likely a conflict with another mod.

Try placing this mod at the bottom of the load order, and see if anything changes. If not, then I'll need some more information about what settings and other mods you use.

Creating new traits and civics are relatively easy, but not something this mod is intended for.

If you are interested in making your own traits/civics, there are many good guides on the wiki, Youtube, and forums.
