Description
District Grid without mods and dlc.
Between the houses is a pedestrian road. This allows residents to quickly get to the parks.

Cims won't cross the road except at a pedestrian crossing. So consider the Crossings Mod and adding a mid block crossing as an urbanist enhancement. https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=427258853
