Will promise everything and casus belli only. Likes All Civilization except one that denounce her and war with her.

Dreamcast, Sega Saturn

Unit: Nepbike

Sega unique Atomic Era recon unit that faster than replacement, ignore zone of control and ignore terrian cost. But lesser range and high cost than replacement, as well as can't paradrop.

Sega unique Building replaced library. Grant 1 of all Great Person point. Grant 1 great work slot of writing but little high cost.
