@Sixdd: I'll maybe look into it, no promises though.
I tested with default mod settings, built 1000 animal boxes with a lvl 20 builder and got 44 legendary ones. This is because he changed the possitilities in B19 so that it's almost, if not completely impossible for a lvl 20 builder to make something less than good, qualities are now much more consistent I've found. So no, on default it is not unbalanced at all.
Another thing about this mod is the probability for legendary crafting, although my setting is 5% at lv20, if I use a lv20 pawn to craft (which surpass the limit for excellent in that game), the actual chance for legendary is like more than 50%. According to your explanation down there, the actual chance for each tier of quality is original/(1-probability for all disabled), which will increase the chance for a legendary craft to a ridiculous level, even when the skill level is not high. Please fix this or it is more unbalanced than static quality plus.
