Try using audacity to change the bit rate. I believe that is how i did it. It's been years since i made these but i believe that is how i done it.

Hey bro, very good mods, you know that I want to replace the song "save me some sugar" with the song "november rain" but I wanted to ask you: how do you change the bitrate of the wav files to 705kbps? I already have november rain in wav but no matter what I do it stays at 1411kbps, if you answer me I would really appreciate it.
