Description
This is made for a upcomming community let's play from Aner Dyfan.

The goal was building a ship for less then 15k resources to go up against the DWG.

This is my entry: A tanky, short range submarine with an underwater AC and a small torpedo launcher.

I did not want a something that circled around a ship from miles away taking pot shots at it, I wanted something that could get in close and take a punch. So most of the 15k limit did got to armor, but it's weapons are still quite potent VS the DWG ships.
