Sobeys (RICO commercial)

Description
Canadian grocery store retailer, headquartered in Stellarton, Nova Scotia.

10x7 footprint
Employs 50 people with RICO. Without RICO, it's a park - so the No Seagulls mod might be something you want here.
Costs 20,000. Level 2 low-density commercial.
This is a small Sobeys, as far as Sobeyses go. They can get quite big, if you let them.

Asset info
Textures and mesh info are above in the images.

Props and decoration
Lights and two entry points.

About
Someone was asking me a month ago about doing some Canadian retail for RICO. Now that I'm pretty sure RICO is as stable as it's always been ;D, I'm OK to do a few.

Hope you like it - and please let me know if you encounter issues with anything.

Thanks!

@darren - Glad to share a bit of home.

Thanks for all your work. I saw your review on the Cities Skylines page, then then noticed that I had been using a bunch of your assets. As a Canadian living overseas, I love to put a Sobey's in my cities. Thanks!

NICE!
I just connected to your page through an East-Coast low density house. Cant wait to see the rest.

Not sure I follow but asset looks great.

@BrowncoatTrekky - A rite of passage for a Canadian asset creator, no?

@ThatEvan - they are totally oversized. I was getting some bad normal tiling on the original set I had and swapped them out for these. I may yet redo it.

Great work! I haven't had a chance to look at it in-game, but the bricks look a bit oversized in my opinion.

OwO how nice. A version without signage would be helpful for making a variety of businesses, like Whole Foods or Loblaws.

@matthiaspowerbomb. Sure, why not. Give me a couple hours. The easiest thing to do would be to just remove the main signage and set up the front eave for the colour sliders.
