Sheev Palpatine's RPG screech

Description
This mod replaces the RPG/AT4 rocket flight sound with Palpatine's autistic screech.

If it dosen't work, type "snd_restart" into the console and try again.

@Astra-Nine try unsubbing and resubbing. If not verify the integrity of game files. I have and most others have no issues with this one so unfortunately I won't be able to help you beyond that if it still dosen't work

and umbrella corps special forces that changes my outfit + allies to umbrella corps from resident evil.
and that's it's.

oh & it's just it's default sound

@Gandalf I actually have only 2-3 subscribed mods. that's about it and none of them should conflict with this sound. I even tested this in multiple custom lobbies with the mods enabled and it'd never work.
