[TFA] NMRiH Tigg M16

Description
This is Tigg's M16 for NMRiH but for gmod

It has C-Hands
and it has bash, so you can smack stuff with it if you press your zoom key

Credits:

TFA: QCI File so it could be C-Hands and help making the Icon

You should make it like other TFA guns, in the sense that you can hold one extra bullet if you reload and you're not completly empty
