All Welsh Factions Playable

Description
All credit goes to Samio over at the modding Discord for discovering how to get minor factions playable!

This is an early attempt at making all Welsh factions playable. It mostly works, though cultural features are missing, also technology seems to have no requirements. Either way it's a start!

There's also a few of the Viking factions now playable too as a bonus ;) (seems to be a limit to how many you can unlock at once)

I'll update it over time once more discoveries and fixes are made.

*** IMPORTANT: I have had crashes when clickign the 'assign provincial governers' reminder popup, so I highly suggest you dismiss it and just do it manually! ***


Should be compatible with most mods that don't alter the startpos

Hi everyone, I subscribed to this mood, and when I start the game, I dont see any new factions , do I need to install the mood ?

Yea hthe latest patch has a lot of bugs for unlocked factions, nothing I can do about it sorry

They are still kinda fun to play but withouit the culture mechanics and such working for custom unlocked facitons it means there's a lot less 'personality' to them. Thanks for the note about the tpy mods, it's very easy to change though for anyone wanting a variant, just pop open the .pack in pfm and find the start date in the startpos.esf, there's quite a few guides on editing it :)
