Description
Aperture Laboratories inspired by Cleveland's Great Lakes Science Center.
The stats are the same as the vanilla observatory, and the asset can be found under the level IV unique buildings tab.

The mods aren't actually required, but are imensely recommended.

Building Mesh might be updated, so constructive feedback is appreciated.

The dome seems to have a facet error in the blueprint. Several of the faces of the dome seem to have been displaced toward the center of the dome. It would look better if you fixed that.
