[1.5] No Forced Slowdown

Description
Tweaks the forced x1 speed multiplier which triggers on some events.



RimWorld automatically slows down gameplay and prevents time controls when certain events fire. With this mod you can take back control!

- Configurable mod options let you tweak the slowdown mechanic.

- Will completely disable slowdown by default.

alright you wing-wangs. you need harmony to use this mod alright? update and activate harmony. then activate this mod. should work. can i guarantee it'll work for you? nah. but this is your best shot. otherwise, wait until this mod updates. its excruciating, yes, but that'll just be practice for real life.

to this mod's developer(s); I have HUNDREDS of mods. this mod is literally the ONLY one I just CANNOT live without. thank you. i love you. not as much as I love the cube though. let's not get crazy here...
