This relay is not just of enormous size compared to usual relays, it even has got an enormous acceleration thanks to its -for relays- 100%-unconventional liquid fuel-powered rocket engine that makes it perform interplanetary flights itself without the need for any medium-haul Space Transportation System.
The relay may be considered a tribute to the never-ending demand in more power in that way.

If burning fuel seems quite fun to you that's fine, but if you don't need that much of it you can transform it into Electric Charge (EC) by the onboard-fuel cells or empty the tanks before launch.
