Description
16 Small Storage Boxes literally at your feet!


Replace any boxes with a mobile constructor for extra crafting space! Slap a little paint on the boxes to help you organize to your liking.

Small enough that you can spawn it inside of a base or CV and place with ease! Stands on a small Landing Gear so you can lock it onto CV's!

Move it into position with just a little bit of fuel and a few wiggles, once its wedged into the floor where you want it then pop the seat off, stick it in one of the boxes in case you decide you want to move the box to another ship, or base.

Iron - 86
Copper - 84
Silicon - 66

There are MANY designs of storage vessels out there but the ones that I found were either designed to go in a wall, or are just way bigger than I wanted.

Thanks Morantz! Yeah I didn’t like how many were wall units when the floor is great for right below the crafting stations.

I really like this one! First I have seen designed to be 'dropped in' to a Base or CV! Please keep up the great work!

@StainlessSteelCynic, Thank you very much. This is my first attempt to build anything in Empyrion.

Like yourself i've seen so many attempts, and some are great but much larger and not practical for a very small base or CV or just excessive.

This build offers over 1,000 storage spots and I cannot see myself needing more than that unless you're just hoarding BOXES and boxes of mats for a mega build.

I remember the first of these "storage vehicles" that I found on the workshop and I remember thinking it was a useful idea (and wishing I had thought of it earlier!).
Then I found I could save power in a base by using a storage vehicle and getting rid of all the crates I had installed.
It was a great idea then and it's still a great idea now but I think your design is going to be a hell of a lot more useful than the others I've tried. Thumbs up from me :steamhappy:
