Description
Youtube video showcase by MrSpicyGaming

The latest addition to the Gobblers, the "Gobbler Warbird MKII" battlecruiser
is a streamlined version of it's predecessor, with the interiors laid out
in a more efficient manner, while the exterior profile is much less
lumpy.
Several upgrades have been installed into this newest version as well.

FEATURES:

- The all new SENTINEL SYSTEM that worked so well with the lesser
Gobbler is now part of the Warbird.
This system is controlled via a switch on the bridge.
1: This system turns on/off all thrusters save a few designated
as hover thrusters.
2: It also covers the thrusters with shutters for an esthetic
extra protection look.
3: It opens several shutters inside the ship and activates
the sentry guns hiding behind them.

- The DORMANT SYSTEM controls located opposite the Sentinel
controls turns On/Off the Hover thrusters and covers them
with shutters
This gives an immersive way of turning off all thrusters
ingame without using the control panel.

- Control Panel Groups:
1: MainTurrets - Turns On/Off all turrets except the Sentry Guns
(as those are now controlled by Sentinel mode)
2: OxygenControl - Turns On/Off all non essential ventilators on
the ship to conserve oxygen.
The ones on the Bridge, the Deployment room, and the hydroponics
bays will remain active.
3: Spotlights - Turns On/Off the external spotlights on the ship.
4: Gravity - Turns On/Off the gravity generators on the ship.
5: Construction - Turns On/Off the constructors and food
processors on the ship.

- All lights and most doors (exculding some for immersive purposes)
are controlled by motion sensors, all LCD screens are controlled
by these same sensors as well.

- Both the HV Hangar bay doors, and the Flight deck Hangar doors
are controlled by large area motion sensors, as well as the ramp
on the HV hangar

- The Fixed weapons are covered by shutters (Gunports) which will
open automatically upon entering the bridge and triggering the
sensor there.

- Fully stocked Medbay with Med station, Clone chamber, as well
as all scanners.

- All Fixed weapoins and all thrusters are available from within
the ship for easy repairs.

- Large HV Hangar with room for large HV's, Has it's own cargo group
in the control panel for easy access.

- Armory with it's own cargo group in the control panel for easy access.

- Two SV Docking points located on the sides of the top wing, made to fit
my Gobbler Starfighter, but could fit any design with appropriate
docking facilities.

- 180 grow plots, divided into two hydroponics bays of 90 each.
one located in each wing.
Each also comes with two cargo boxes for seeds (or whatever you chose),
three fridges, and a food processor.

- Repair bay (activated by motion sensor to conserve power) and repair
console are located in the HV hangar.

- Extensive use of LCD screens throughout the ship to make navigating it
a lot easier (See screenshots for examples).

- Main flight deck located under the wings, with room for large SV's
Two secondary platforms for smaller utility SV's in there as well.
Above that is the SV Hangar, with three roomy platforms.
Direct bridge access from both.

- All levels on the ship are accessible from a single elevator.

WEAPONS:
- 6 Pulse Lasers
- 4 Rocket Launchers
- 4 Laser Drill Modules

- 6 Cannon Turrets
- 6 Minigun Turrets
- 6 Pulse Laser Turrets
- 6 Flak Turrets
- 4 Rocket Turrets

- 2 Artillery Turrets

- A total of 89 Cargo boxes spread throughout the ship.
- 22 large Ammo boxes.
- 8 Fridges.
- 2 Food Processors.

This is a size class 20, Unlock level 25 ship, due to it's size and
heavy armor, it is not meant for prolonged flights in atmospheres

Wan't the Gobbler starfighter to go along with this ship?

@WozzleOTG - hey i am so sorry for the delay, i completely forgot to check it out :(
If you haven't found the problem yet, i have looked a bit at it, and here is what i found:

The surface the ship is on have to be completely level for the entire repair area, even if part of the base sticks up inside it, it will count as an obstruction, in order to fix it, make sure the repair platform is well away from the rest of your base, so the repair area wont overlap.

Not even a turret tower or a turret can be in the area, i have only done limited testing on it though, but i did get it to work

@WozzleOTG - I can't say that i have had that problem, i will look into it tomorrow and see if i can replicate your problem

So no matter what I've tried, I can't get the Warbird to repair to template. It keeps feeding back the "items in repair area" error. I've tried on a plain flat platform in space and even on Toms new base. It repairs blocks fine, but it will not repair to template. Any ideas?

@the guy in blue - as far as i know, you can't put the friendly NPC spawners on CV's only on bases, and the only ones are those tribal guys, they wouldn't really fit in with the style anyway.
I do believe that you can place the hostile NPC's but then you'd have tofight to keep control of your own ship all the time.
So until Eleon put's some more friendly NPC spawners in the game i don't think we can do that :(

@Tom21 - looks great, as always :) can't wait to try it out
