If you need a cheap paramedic supervisor vehicle that combines all of America's desires and traits in a sedan, the Crown Victoria is the way to go. These are actually in service in Las Vegas, though their age means they probably won't be around for much longer.

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set paramedic/ambulance vehicles types for your hospitals and clinics.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!

Stats are the same as the default ambulance. Use Advanced Vehicle Options Mod to change it to fit your needs. Use Emergency Lights Changer V2 to generate custom flare colors and lighting styles.



For red lights, use Emergency Lights Manager Mod and change the lights for ambulance to red for all. Alternatively, you could make the rear lights white to emulate more realistic front lightbar.
