Dynamic Galaxy - Anomalies Respawner & New Anomalies

Description
Anomalies are one of the most interesting feature in Stellaris but even with the help of the Distant Star DLC they will quickly be erased and vanished as you progress in the midgame. You will almost never find anomalies when traveling in other empire borders and so in the end your Scientists will just keep surveying over without raising their experience fast enought. And this is where this mod will start his actions especially with the help of that new anomaly situation log.

About that mod >
When that mod is activated, every single planet, star or asteroid with 0 ressource in their deposits will be a potential target for a new anomaly to be spawned at their position. The anomaly restriction is respected like in the vanilla game which means that you will never see an anomaly designed for an asteroid on a star for example.

- Every year: 1 anomaly has a chance to spawn somewhere in the galaxy.
- Every 2 years: 3 anomalies have a chance to spawn somewhere in the galaxy.
- Every 5 years: 5 anomalies have a chance to spawn somewhere in the galaxy.
- Every 10 years: 10 anomalies have a chance to spawn somewhere in the galaxy.

When a new anomaly spawn in a system that you have surveyed you will be able to see it in the anomaly situation log, and if you are too focused somewhere else and not noticing them, an event pop up will appear every 5 years to inform you of new anomalies present in your territory.

New Anomalies
As it is said in the title, that mod will focus on anomalies and will bring new ones maybe by myself.
If you guys have any sort of idea for an anomaly just put your comment here. I am myselft going to add more anomalies with time when I get new ideas. And I apologize for my gramma but typing the history of all these anomalies is very tiring and annoying.

New Policies
Two new policies were added with that mod, one allowing the player to turns off the chances of new cutoms anomalies from the mod to spawn, and another one dealing with the anomaly discovery chance.

Can the AI use it?
Yes normaly they will research the anomalies that they find, even in your borders if you allow them acces so be careful!

Mod Compability?
I'm aware that their are many mods bringing a lot of cool anomalies and I would be glad to add them. But for that I would need their author to set up a special event with a global flag in order to allow my mod to check if their mod is activated in your save so their custom anomalies can be spawned aswell, so if you want mod compability you have to ask their authors if a global flag is available.

More Informations
- That mod is fully compatible with the distant start DLC.
- That mod should be compatible with multiplayer.
- If you active the mod with old save, some of the anomalies respawning will trigger nothing.
- No files were replaced so that mod should be compatible with anything.

- AnomaliesRespawnEvent.9999 : Remove all the anomalies of the entire galaxy.

I had some trouble navigating through the steam folders to find the file he mentioned so I thought I'd go over it here. I can't promise it will be the same for you but hopefully this helps. For me it was C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1410753850.
When I opened folder 1410753850 there was a .zip file titled anomalies_respawn. I opened that then opened the folder named "events" which is where the file "anomalies_respawn_events.txt" was. I opened that, altered all the "random_planet" entries as Rocterius described, then saved the file. After that the mod worked just the way it used to. No infinite blank window popups, no CTD, just a functional mod.

Rocterius was right. I changed all instances of "random_planet" to "random_galaxy_planet" in the file he mentioned, and now it works just fine. Thank you, Rocterius. This is one of my favorite mods.
