Always Respawn without Hydrogen

This is a small and simple Mod adds a bit more challange to the game by always letting you spawn without hydrogen.

So when people are in space they should either have artificial gravity or be in range to use their magnetic boots. Also maybe a medbay that is connected to an oxygen generator would be helpful.

This mod was created due to a request on an other mod of mone that basically has the same functionality but is limited to only specific medbays.
