When I subscribe to part 2 and 3 it doesnt download only part 1 goes throw

After Battles I have any Annoying thing happen where the user interface turns clear and everything is hard to read. have to save game an reload. Any Ideas on how to fix/ Prevent this?

Caesar in Gaul is broken currently.
After you fight the first settlement battle your armies cannot move for the rest of the campaign.

I saw Youtubers using more recent or updated DEI mods, are mods like that one has to be combined with the other mods or they are the 3 parts of their own?

(The mods I saw could field 41 units in an army, while the mods I tried years ago could only field the generic 20)
