City Pavilion (Park Version) by KingLeno

5x4 Brick Pavilion originally made as a park gate for the Park Life DLC, but felt it also worked well for a regular park. Park Life version will be uploaded at some point. KL-Brick walls is listed as a dependency although it was not used, but wanted to provide a link if you wanted to expand this park. The textures on the brick walls prop was updated to match the textures used here.

Another Fantastic Assett. Looking forward to seeing the Parklife Gate version. I'm currently working on a large park in the centre of my city that's a mix of urban squares and green spaces inspired by various inner city patks in the UK and this will sit perfectly. My dream would be to have a large paddling pool with water jets like the city park in Bradford (West Yorkshire), but with the games current dynamics that's just a dream, but Parklife is certainly bringing that dream closer
