[WotC] Bond To Header

Description
Background

A mod you never knew you want.

It changes the way how available bonds are presented to the user while in Avenger HUD.

In normal WotC they are placed across the screen randomly and they change the position everytime you go back into Avenger HUD. Actually it's not that random, they just follow the individual soldier around the Avenger, which I find really annoying.

But no more! Now they are alligned next to the power indicator growing to the left.

Compatibility
This mod comes with an override of UIAvengerHUD_SoldierStatusIndicatorContainer which is a very specific class and I doubt that any other mod will ever want to override it. It only changes the behaviour on how the icons are placed.

Before making a comment about a "bug" or a "feature" not working ask yourself:
  • Did I read the description of this mod?
  • Did I look at the pictures of this mod?
  • Has my question recently been answered in the comment section?
  • If you make a comment about a bug be as detailed as you can. Sentences like "it's not working" won't enable me to solve any problem.
  • If you need extenisve support feel free to contact me on discord: Clyde#7185

I've run into the phantom negative trait today myself. Maybe I can get to the root. Too bad only that I'm on a ironman playthrough.

Running into something that "may" be a bug but I'm not sure. When I have enough bonds a big Red bond icon becomes visible and a new line of bonds starts in the usual spot. Is this intended?

I use color coded bonds myself, never heard or seen the behaviour you mentioned.

I deactivated it, I wrote it just to see if others have faced this situation.
Do the two mods work together in WOTC?

this mod is not for LWotC, if it doesn't work for you deactivate it

For me, it did so much that it messed up the operation of the Color Coded Bonds mod. Since then, every time I load the game, the colors of the Bonds change. (LWOTC run)

Most certainly.

Hi people. Can this mod be added mid-campaign? Thanks.

For some reason deactivating and reactivating the mod in AML fixed it.

Yes, probably. It worked in the earlier phases of the beta so it seems likely that LWOTC changed it later on. There is no conflict in AML for what it's worth.
