M99 & M14 Scope Reticle Mod

Description

A client-side reticle replacement for the M14 and M99 scope. Includes 10 different colored crosshairs.

Colors Included: Red, Black, Blue, Cyan, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, White, and Yellow.

Installation Instructions

Subscribe then launch KF2 so the packages download. Close the game.
Go to the download location in My Documents C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache\1396529341 and find the Published folder then Copy it.
Go to C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame and paste the Published folder there in KFGame.
Now time to choose a color you want. Go to C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\Shared
Rename ONE .upk file by removing the color name from the end to activate the color.
If you want the red reticle, change Wep_Scope_TEX_RED.upk to Wep_Scope_TEX.upk

All done! Also, you can delete the colors you don't plan to use if you want.

Important Notes

This does not disable perk leveling and you can play online without any issue.
Affects both the M14 and M99, not one or the other. There's no way around this as they both share the same reticle as of now. This was tested on the beta version but should work on non-beta too.

The author said they don't want to continue/maintain their mod as of 2016.

When I found your mod which is 2018. There might be someone who can continue those 2 mods and your mod together which is " YOU ". I hope that you can bring the latest version of scope today

You can also find the folders without opening KF2, as once you subscribe and download you'll find the files in the steamapps folder such as:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\workshop\CONTENT

Once in the 'content' folder you can then just search for the folder itself (1396529341) and choose the file you want. Also if you don't have a 'published' folder in your documents folder, you can just make one, as long as the path is correct
