SF [B18] Rain Removes All Filth

Description
A simple patch that allows rain to remove filth such as dirt, sand and animal filth.
Gives your vegeta--, errrrrr, I mean cleaner, a little bit less work when it's raining

Dude, i just beg you. Make an other page for B19 mod. There's clearly alot of people using it on B18 and steam will fuck up modlist for them if you'll just drop update here.

This sounds like a great mod, however I'm using the 1.0 Dev version. Is there 1.0 compatible version of this?
