I'd say save the dash for when you need to change directions midair, and charge divide the heavens before jumping.

However, jump dash remains much more consistent with speed, as you don't have to charge anything.

Aye. They are generally almost the same. Sword charge is faster but requires set up time (wait for charge to fill for highest speed) So dash is generally far better. For mountain hops a charge dash is best. Insane speed. It's beautiful. Just make sure you have good aim or you're gonna fly off the other side of the map.

For the highest possible move speed. Sword stab(divide the heavens) forwards after your first jump. Then jump again.

For even a faster dassh, jump once, then dash in midair, then jump once again
