Vassalise Province

Description
This mod adds a form of region trading to the campaign!

When you assign a governor to a province, you will now have a choice whether to assign the character as governor (as usual) or to create a new vassal in control of that province (this kills your governor - as if he were to become the head of the new vassal state).

You will only be able to create a vassal state if the faction that would be liberated from the province is either dead or already a vassal of yours. Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no way to tell in advance if this is the case. If you begin as West Seaxe, assigning a new governor to Dorseate should allow you to create a vassal, however, your other starting provinces are all true West Seaxe provinces and so there is no option for you to create a vassal for them.

This version of the mod - "Vassalise Province", simply adds the aforementioned mechanic to the campaign. The other version "Vassal Kingdoms" ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1388467977 ) adds a penalty for holding too many regions, forcing the player to expand using vassals.

Does that still affects my generals (unwavering) loyalties?

Absolutely fantastic idea. I really loved the ability to grant my administrators more autonomy but
becoming my vassal in Three Kingdom.

This mod is working for me. Unfortunately it conflicts with my other scripted mods. Can someone point to a method or guide for merging scripts?

Great Idea for a mod, I heard it is broken, but a modder out there should do something similair

Sadly, this mod is broken. It doesn't work at all and, as noted by another person, it really fucks up the decrees. I hope the creator of this mod gets back on and fixes it soon.

@sixt
PLEASE just release it man. In this case it ABSOLUTELY is better to ask for forgiveness then permission. Just post it up. He hasn't updated this since 2018, so he obviously isn't worried about it.

Can you PLEASE update this, SO IT DOESNT MESS WITH MY FKING DECREES?? SO FRUSTRATING. Had a long AF campaign with East Engle that i have to redo because of this BS. Why does this even have to mess with the decree system? Just LEAVE that alone...
