Been using this mod for ages, always catches me off guard when I play again after a long break.

You can just replace the sound file in the mod's sounds directory with whatever you want technically. If you want it to persist through updates you can use Fluffy's Mod Manager to make a copy of the mod and then change it.

Ok I just found this and immediately added as my (checks notes) 453rd mod in my active list.

I must ask, is it possible to have a longer clip here?
