Tiered Passives (v.9)

Description
So this is just a bundle of my other four mods for easy download, but basically it adds tier bonuses to the passive skills of the four basic classes.

BERSERKER:

Blood Hunger Tier 1: Critical strikes now also heal you for 3% of your max health over 3 seconds
Tier 2: Heal increased to 4% of max hp
Tier 3: Heal increased to 5% of max hp

Executioner Tier 1: Increases physical damage dealt by 3%
Tier 2: Increases physical damage dealt by 6%
Tier 3: Increases physical damage dealt by 10%

Rampage Tier 1: Crit damage increased by 3%, +1 second of Rampage
Tier 2: Crit damage increased by 6%, +1 second of Rampage
Tier 3: Crit damage increased by 10%, +1 second of Rampage, +50-100% damage boost

Cold Steel Mastery Tier 1: Adds a per-level scaling amount of frost damage to each auto attack.
Tier 2: Increases the damage
Tier 3: Increases the damage (at lvl 100, its 236)

Shatter Storm Tier 1: Adds a small damage component to the enemies affected
Tier 2: Increases the damage
Tier 3: Increases the damage (at lvl 100, its 638)

Rage Retaliation Tier 1: After retaliating, your attack speed is increased by 3% for 3 seconds
Tier 2: Attack speed increased by 6% for 3 seconds
Tier 3: Attack speed increased by 10% for 3 seconds

Frenzy Mastery Tier 1: Increases charge rate by 4%
Tier 2: Increases charge rate by 9%
Tier 3: Increases charge rate by 15%

Shred Armor Tier 1: Armor stolen now applies to elemental resistances at 11% the amount of physical armor stolen
Tier 2: Increased to 22% of the physical amount stolen
Tier 3: Increased to 33% of the physical amount stolen

Red Wolf Tier 1: Enemies affected are now wounded with a per-level scaling bleed effect that lasts 5 seconds
Tier 2: Increases damage, duration reduced to 4 seconds
Tier 3: Increases damage, duration reduced to 3 seconds (at lvl 100, its 1425)

EMBERMAGE:

Charge Mastery Tier 1: Increases cast speed by 3%
Tier 2: Increases cast speed by 6%
Tier 3: Increases cast speed by 10%

Elemental Attunement Tier 1: Decreases all elemental damage taken by 3%
Tier 2: Decreases all elemental damage taken by 4%
Tier 3: Decreases all elemental damage taken by 5%

Fire Brand Tier 1: Burst of damage can now strike an additional nearby enemy
Tier 2: Can strike a second additional target
Tier 3: Can strike a third additional target

Staff Mastery Tier 1: Also reduces physical armor of the target (per-level scaling)
Tier 2: Increases the physical armor reduced
Tier 3: Increases the physical armor reduced

Frozen Fate Tier 1: Now affects up to 8 enemies and deals a flat amount of damage to them
Tier 2: Affects up to 10 enemies, damage increased
Tier 3: Affects up to 12 enemies, damage increased

Ice Brand Tier 1: Burst of damage can now strike an additional nearby enemy
Tier 2: Can strike a second additional target
Tier 3: Can strike a third additional target

Prismatic Rift Tier 1:+1 max teleport distance,+.5 seconds teleport stun duration, +3% chance of elemental effects
Tier 2:+1 max teleport distance,+.5 seconds teleport stun duration, +6% chance of element effects
Tier 3:+1 max teleport distance,+.5 seconds teleport stun duration, +10% chance of elemental effects, +1% chance to cast Rift Death when hit which instantly kills the attacker

Wand Chaos Tier 1: Adds an additional bizarre effect
Tier 2: Adds two more additional effects
Tier 3: Adds two more additional effects, and results doubled

Lightning Brand Tier 1: Burst of damage can now strike an additional nearby enemy
Tier 2: Can strike a second additional target
Tier 3: Can strike a third additional target

ENGINEER:

Heavy Lifting Tier 1: Increases damage with giant weaponry by 3%
Tier 2: Increases damage with giant weaponry by 4%
Tier 3: Increases damage with giant weaponry by 5%

Supercharge Tier 1: +4% chance to get a supercharged strike, +1% weapon damage, +1% charge gain
Tier 2: +4% chance to get a supercharged strike, +2% weapon damage, + 2% charge gain
Tier 3: +4% chance to get a supercharged strike, +2% weapon damage, +2% charge gain

Coup de Grace Tier 1: Adds an extra burst of fire damage equal to 50% of the electrical damage
Tier 2: Increases fire damage to 75% of electrical damage
Tier 3: Increases fire damage to 100% of electrical damage

Bulwark Tier 1: Reflects 3% of damage taken back as electrical damage
Tier 2: Reflects 6% of damage
Tier 3: Reflects 10% of damage

Fire and Spark Tier 1: Adds an aura that has a 3% chance to burn and shock nearby foes for 3 seconds
Tier 2: Chance increased to 6%, duration increased to 4 seconds
Tier 3: Chance increased to 10%, duration increased to 5 seconds

Charge Domination Tier 1: Adds a 5% movement speed buff for 3 seconds
Tier 2: Adds a 10% movement speed buff for 4 seconds
Tier 3: Adds a 15% movement speed buff for 5 seconds

Sword and Board Tier 1: Adds 7.5% of each of your shield's elemental resistances to bonus damage on attacks
Tier 2: Amount increased to 15%
Tier 3: Amount increased to 22.5%

Aegis of Fate Tier 1: Increases chance to get Aegis by +1%, decreases all damage taken by 3% for 3 seconds
Tier 2: Increases chance to get Aegis by +2%, decreases all damage taken by 4% for 6seconds
Tier 3: Increases chance to get Aegis by +2%, decreases all damage taken by 5% for 10seconds

Charge Reconstitution Tier 1: Adds per-level scaling mana recharge
Tier 2: Increases mana recharge
Tier 3: increases mana recharge (at lvl 100, its 31 mana)

OUTLANDER:

Long Range Mastery Tier 1: Increases critical damage by 3%
Tier 2: Increases critical damage by 6%, decreases enemy armor by 2% for 3 seconds
Tier 3: Increases critical damage by 10%, decreases enemy armor by 5% for 5 seconds

Shotgonne Mastery Tier 1: Adds a small per-level scaling chance to deal per-level scaling fire damage on hit
Tier 2: Increases chance to deal fire damage on hit, increases damage with shotgonnes by 15%
Tier 3: Increases chance to deal fire damage on hit, increases damage with shotgonnes by 30%

Akimbo Tier 1: Reduces fumble penalty by 3%
Tier 2: Reduces fumble penalty by 6% and reduces fumble chance by 5%
Tier 3: Reduces fumble penalty by 10% and reduces fumble chance by 10%

Dodge Mastery Tier 1: Increases movement speed by 3%
Tier 2: Increases movement speed by 6%
Tier 3: Increases movement speed by 10%

Poison Burst Tier 1: Exploding enemies leave behind a poisonous cloud for 3 seconds
Tier 2: Increases cloud damage
Tier 3: Increases cloud damage

Share the Wealth Tier 1: Shared benefits increased by +1%
Tier 2: Shared benefits increased by +1%
Tier 3: Shared benefits increased by +2%, adds equal shared percentage of increased gold find

Master of the Elements Tier 1: Decreases all elemental damage taken, double effect for poison. Scales with level
Tier 2: Increases the elemental damage reduction effect
Tier 3: Increases the elemental damage reduction effect

Shadowling Ammo Tier 1: Gains an additional shadowling
Tier 2: Gains two additional shadowlings
Tier 3: Gains three additional shadowlings

Death Ritual Tier 1: Shadowlings gain 10% increased attack speed
Tier 2: Shadowlings gain 10% increased movement speed
Tier 3: Shadowlings gain 10% increased critical chance

I'm not sure if the author is active at this point but synergies made some update to the skills section and this mod reverts them to Pre v.1286 skillset as far as I can tell. If you prefer the previous version then this is no problem, if not then you will have to do without this mod or mod it yourself for now.

Domino, I really don't understand a pointed response like this. Its ignorant on a few levels. If you don't like the base skills being changed, don't download the mod. The change list is in the description. Nothing is nerfed, that would imply skills got worse. This adds things to them, which is an inherent buff. If its not something you like, don't download it.

Is there a version without the changes to the base skills? Things like Bulwark and Aegis of Fate really didn't need to be nerfed.

Surprisingly well thought out and balanced mod. Really great for giving a reason to do more than dump 1 value point in a lot of passives. Recommended!

I noticed while trying this out with my outlander that you've also raised the blindness from Shotgonne Mastery from 20% to 67%. I'm finding that really excessive. I'm taking down bosses like nothing, because they just don't fight back when they can't see you. Standing around shooting passive bosses is not super entertaining. I have liked the changes to Shadowling Ammo and Death Ritual.

Great mod. Unfortunately it overwrites the Synergies changes. If you find the time (and if it is possible) could you update it to add to previously modded skills rather than overwriting?
