Faster Archer Volleys - no more idling between shots

Description
There are accounts of archers having 2-3 arrows in the air before the first arrow hit the ground. I've always thought archers were way too slow in Total War games yet I know it's likely for balance reasons.

This mod removes the 'aiming' time between shots for elite archers, and shortens it considerably for regular and levy archers. They tend to use up most their ammo before the enemies close in now, so you may want to keep some in reserve to preseve firepower for mid-battle.

Right now I think it has made them overpowered but let me know how you think I could best balance it.

I was thinking of speeding up animations slightly so they fire a little faster, increase ammo by about 50% but also reduce accuracy to around 50%. I think it would be a good trade-off but it would requier a lot of testing.

To be honest archers in this game are weak because armor is OP in this game, and archer unit size is small, yet they take as much food as an infantry unit that doubles them in number.

One of the best mods. I wish this mod was also available for other Total War titles. This mod increases the value of the skirmishers in the battles immensely.

I love it. I feel like how quickly ranged units burn through ammo is a good trade-off for how powerful they are. I like how I have to be very picky and strategic with my archers, rather than letting them be mostly static dps sticks. If you're not careful, those OP archers will be useless in no time.

@harry yeah, though I do think sieging should be difficult personally. It would be good to balance it further somehow. Unfortunately I never got the mod tools working again and have moved onto modding Paradox games for now
