Extreme Start Level 100, MAX Stats/Skill Points (v.10)

This is a 'cheat' mod, simply talk to the Destroyer and accept the quest Warn The Eshtherians. You will then level to 100 with 990 Skill Points and 990 Stat Points to use.This is designed to have people TEST a build with many possible combinations of stats/skills. Or it could be used to simply create an overpowered character at the start of the game. Enjoy and remember this is purely for fun/educational purposes.
NOTE:PUT THIS AT THE TOP OF YOUR LOAD LIST.

tldr; level 100 MAX Stats/Skill points @ beginning of game.

THE DESTROYER you talk to is the guy with the HUGE ? mark over his head at the start of the game. He is the one that gives you the first quest Warn the Eshtherians. So speak with him to get your levels/points.
