Take a look at the blueprint I created with the name EVEN MADDER MINING CO for a truer replica. I gave it a slightly different name to avoid any copyright issues.
I agree yours works, but some of the original track has been cut and new parts added. I tried to maintain Hydroid's layout.

Anyway, I've created a blueprint and renamed it Even Madder Mining Co so, hopefully, you will be able to enjoy the ride again.
Line 1 has its problem at the top of the structure. There are two tracks on top of each other. This makes it do a 180 and crash into the end.
To fix it:
1. Remove all Line 1's horizontal tracks on top of the building.
2. Reconnect the ends.
Line 4 actually has two issues.
-The first one is at the large turn, halfway through the track. (Use the heatmaps to find it). You'll see that it goes too far around the bend.
1. Remove the wrong turn until you have only the intended bend and some space to work.
2. Reconnect the ends.
-The second issue is when the carts should enter the station. The same problem as with line 1 is here. The track is double. One end connects the station, the other the track, but they never meet. This makes it crash into the station and never make it back.
To fix it:
1. Remove both ends of the tracks until the station is the open end on one side and you have some space to work with.
2. Reconnect the ends.
